2025年2月27日，美国CPSC和加拿大卫生部对中国产儿童睡衣实施召回。
此次召回产品为Forever 21的20款儿童睡衣。产品尺寸为5/6、7/8、9/10、11/12和13/14，款式编号为01263030，UPC为0126303。具体召回产品信息如下：

产品不符合儿童睡衣的易燃性规定，有造成儿童烧伤的危险。
此次召回的产品于2023年11月-2024年11月在美国、2024年4月-2025年1月在加拿大销售，在美国售出约24700件、在加拿大售出约79件，售价为5-40美元。
截止目前，未有事故和人员伤亡报告。
美国CPSC和加拿大卫生部建议消费者立即停止使用该产品，并联系Forever 21以获得全额退款。
