On June 1, 1999, NINGBO M&R Industrial Co., Ltd. was established as a young and aggressive company. We were not big at that time, but, after 9 years efficient work of all staff, now, our NINGBO M&R office in China are known as one of the most active and honest exporters in the field stationery.
We dedicate in developing our own brand: PAULINDA. In the year 2003, we obtained import & export rights and modified our company named Ningbo M&R Stationary Import & Export Co., Ltd. In the same year, we obtained the Joint-venture from our Taiwan Maslino Trade Co., Ltd., and Brazil Sertic Ltd. We were also authorized by the famous importers in many countries as the exclusive purchase agent of China. Besides, for continuous 9 years, our annual sales amount is more than US$ 8,000,000.00.
We never stop on the way of developing new products.? Since 2006, we have investigated and manufactured by ourselves jumping putty and foam putty. We designed the packing and had a successful show on the Canton fair.
Being an honest and efficient agent, we usually arrange face to face meeting for all our buyers who visit Asia to make appointment with factories in our show-room to discuss the most competitive prices, the prompt delivery and different kinds of packing and designs. Which not only save buyer's time, also save their cost to negotiate the best prices with factories. If FOB term (factory shared all export handling cost about 3%, including L/C banking charges, container loading transportation & warehouse charges and inspector traveling cost), NINGBO M&R will only charge 5% commission as service cost. With this 5%, we render our services as below:
1) We find new product sources and assist buyers to negotiate best prices with reliable manufacturer. You may easily find that our prices are about 5%-10% cheaper than other exporters, as we charge only 5% service cost, besides; we have constant patronage and good relation with factories to get better prices.
2) We inspect merchandise before delivery, because most factories are lack of quality control.
3) We keep in touch with factories to ensure prompt delivery and combine many small orders into big lot shipment to save buyer's freight, banking cost and import charges. Totally, you may save 10-20% on purchasing cost.
4) We handle all kinds of problems; even help the buyers to claim against insurance company, vessel owner and factory. Our after-service is one of the best in China.
